Workouts are organised into 4-week training programs. Every week is professionally structured for you so all you need to do is open the ‘WORKOUT’ tab, hit play, and follow along! FRESH BODY FIT MIND will automatically renew your subscription unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your App Account Settings after purchase.
To cancel, simply disable auto-renewal within your smart phone/tablet settings.
