The Fresh Body component is my 12 week workout experience designed to beat your busy schedule, and challenge your whole body, every session.     Lasting results come from creating a mindset that will nourish your physical and mental environment, every day. The Fit Mind component focuses on daily motivation and mindset activities designed to encourage healthy thoughts, behaviours and habits. Fit Mind is not only about inspiring yourself to reach your full potential, but about being an inspiration to those around you too.

    All of the workuts in Fresh Body Fit Mind are whole body 20 Minute circuits. High intensity training has been shown to not only be easier to commit to, but have better and longer lasting fitness and health results. 20 minute workouts are shorter, sharper, and more achievable helping you stay committed to your program and see long term results. Less time is needed to train meaning you are able to easily fit your workouts into your busy schedule. and Not only can you train at a higher level of intensity but my workouts boost your metabolism in the hours after your training too. Making all the time and effort you put into your workouts more effective. You train your whole body in every workout which means every muscle in your body is burning energy while you build an all over, even and balanced body shape.
