Physical strength & flexibility are two parts of your fitness that are hard to keep consistent..when you get strong, usually your flexibility suffers 💪🏼😕 BUT it's possible to have both!
The key is matching your stretching time to your workout time ⏰ If you workout everyday, you should be stretching everyday! ✔️☀️
Niggling injuries? Don't recover well after tough sessions? Don't sleep well? or struggling to keep good technique when you workout?! You're probably not stretching enough!
When I run short on time to stretch after my workout, I make it up in the evening in front of the TV! 📺☺️ A little bit everyday (15-30min) is way more effective then one or two huge stretching sessions a week...you with thrive off consistency!! 😃
