FBFM Week Eight


Hey fit family!

Can you believe it's week 8, these 12 weeks are going so fast!

So this week I want to know 'what has been the biggest change you have seen in yourself?"

Maybe it's your body, maybe you're thinking differently, maybe you inspired someone else to make a positive change?  

I know for me, I am so grateful to be able to connect with each of you and share these incredibly positive vibes everyday! I come from an individual sport background, so being part of a team to experience this journey with is completely new to me. Having a support network every step of the way is my favourite part of FBFM...it is insanely motivating and inspiring, and it has helped me take my own workouts to the next level!! I know you are there sweating it out with me and it helps so much :D

Keeping with this theme, I wanted us to share a workout together in REAL TIME! So I hope you enjoy the live workout this week!
